Lina Maria Aristizabal is a wellbeing educator and resilience coach and former classroom teacher. She has encountered various health challenges along her journey, notably experiencing a concussion in 2018, which led to a few very challenging years navigating the isolating fog of post-concussion syndrome. Her vibrant zest for life is palpable in her diverse interests, ranging from camping under the stars, to writing plays, plant journeying, living room jam sessions, long meandering bike rides, and crafting herbal lotions and potions. Lina values time spent with friends, and following her curiosities. She enjoys balancing her love of both science and the mystical; she is continually fueled by her curiosities and is cultivating as much meaning and joy as possible out of her human experience.
